There are a lot of strategic reasons for why a home may not be publicly listed. Sometimes Sellers prefer to keep their home sale on the down low (for various personal reasons), or they temporarily remove their house off the listing websites to let it “rest” during the holiday season or because of some other market-driven condition. Other times the listing agent may have the home in exclusive status for a few weeks to drum up excitement prior to launching to the masses.


Make no mistake though, these “off-market” homes are available to view and purchase, come in all styles and price levels, and could be perfect for you.


So how do you find these “exclusive” off-market listings? By working with a professional like me, of course!


A smart and seasoned agent is going to have access to a lot of this “hidden” inventory through leveraging their relationships with fellow realtors and other “in-the-know” resources in the area.
